Secure Payment Methods
Island Office Furniture uses a 100 % secure checkout and accepts major payment methods including PayPal, MasterCard and Visa. Payments are processed via encrypted channels to ensure customer data is protected.
Order Cancellation & Refunds
Payment terms follow the same cancellation and refund rules stated in the Returns & Refunds Policy:
- Customers may cancel orders within 7 days of receiving goods.
- Refunds are issued within 14 days of receiving returned goods and are processed using the original payment method.
- Only goods purchased at regular price are refundable; sale items are excluded.
Returning Goods
If goods are returned, the customer is responsible for returning them to 18 Colleen Road, Honeypark, Roodepoort, South Africa (the address indicated for returns in the Payments Policy). The company recommends using an insured, trackable shipping service.
